THE SECOND OCEANIC CONFERENCE ON INTERNATIONAL STUDIES
    http://www.politics.unimelb.edu.au/ocis/

The Department of Political Science at the University of Melbourne, 5-7 July 2006.

    Call for Papers

The Organizing Committee is delighted to call for panel and individual paper proposals for the second conference. Proposals are welcomed on any topic within the fields of international relations and global politics, broadly defined. Proposals for panels should include no more than four paper presenters, and no discussants. Submissions for papers may come from individual scholars or collaborators.

Panel proposals must include a panel title, an overview paragraph describing the topic and logic of the panel, a 200 word abstract for each contributing paper, biographical details on each of the participants, and a statement that all proposed presenters have agreed to participate. Proposals from individuals or collaborators should include only the title, the 200 word paper abstract, and the presenter's biographical details. Full contact details must be included with all proposals. The Organizing Committee will group individual papers into panels and streams.

The paper and panel proposal deadline is 31 October 2005. Please submit your proposal as an email attachment to Robyn Eckersley at r.eckersley@unimelb.edu.au
