In Australia we have around one hundred and fifty collaborators, drawn from nearly twenty Australian universities. Many of our researchers are situated in specialist centres and are at the cutting edge of their fields. We have strong links with highly respected international research collaborators worldwide.

This network derives its strength from the collecting together of some of the most well-regarded researchers in their fields. Coming together from across a broad range of disciplines our participants work across and between traditional fields in a productive inter-disciplinary clash. The disciplines from which we are drawn include, but are not limited to, sociology, politics, international relations, anthropology, cultural studies, psychology, medicine, philosophy, environmental science, education, geography, history and social theory.

At the centre of this network are a number of researchers working in the universities that belong to the Australian Technology Network (ATN).
